【机构属性】

中国国际投资促进会(简称：中国投促会)成立于2006年，是经国务院批准，在民政部登记注册，由社会工作部作为归口管理部门、由商务部作为行业主管部门的全国性社团组织。

  【组织架构】

中国投促会会员由各地区投资促进机构，开发区及产业园区、国有企业、民营企业、外商投资企业，以及相关学会协会、权威智库和专家学者等组成。

中国投促会下设28家分支机构，涵盖了10余项主要经济门类，在长三角、京津冀、粤港澳大湾区等地区设有联络处，并设有专家委员会。

【Organizational Structure】

CCllP's membership consists of investment promotion agencies from various regions, economic and technological development zones and industrial parks, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, as well as relevant leading think tanks, experts and scholars.

CCIIP has established 28 sub-branches covering more than 10 major economic sectors. It has set up liaison offices in the Yangtze River Delta, Bejing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other regions, along with an Expert Committee.

  【宗旨职责】

中国投促会的宗旨职责是"服务国家、服务社会、服务群众、服务行业"；贯彻实施国家"引进来"和"走出去"投资促进战略；参与推进“一带一路”倡议实施；构建国际投资合作伙伴关系网络，搭建综合性投资贸易促进平台；为外国企业来华投资，中国企业海外投资以及中外产业合作提供多元化服务;推动数字经济、绿色低碳等新质生产力行业持续发展。

【Tenet and Responsibilities】

CCllP adheres to the tenet of "Serving the Country, Serving the Society, Serving the People, and Serving the Industry". It implements the national investment promotion strategies of "Bringing In"and "Going Global"; participates in advancing the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative; builds an international investment partnership network, and sets up a comprehensive investment and trade promotion platform; provides diversified services for foreign enterprises investing in China, Chinese enterprises investing overseas, and industrial cooperation between China and foreign countries and drives sustainable growth in sectors featuring new quality productive forces, such as the digital economy and green and low-carbon economy.
