“The Seventh International Investment Promotion Forum”

IDD co-sponsored “The Seventh International Investment Promotion Forum” with the Ministry of Commerce of China, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and Jiangxi Provincial Government at the city of Nanchang in Jiangxi province. The theme of this year’s Forum is “Opportunities and Challenges in Global Foreign Direct Investment in the Era of Low Carbon Economy”. Society Shen Jueren, vice governor of Jiangxi province Sun Gang, president of CCIIP Miao Gengshu and director of Division of Investment and Enterprises of UNCTAD James Zhan delivered keynote speeches in the opening ceremony. There were about 360 representatives from Chinese and foreign governmental departments, international organizations and institutions, investment promotion agencies and enterprises that attended the Forum.
